At Gizmoverse Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tech purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all electronics in their original packaging. Please ensure all devices are factory reset and include all original accessories to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account and select the 'Order History' tab to locate your item and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the electronic device in its original box with all manuals and cables, then affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware for quality assurance, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
